Eligibility
• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.
• Customized or personalized items are nonreturnable unless damaged or defective.
Process
2. Ship the item back securely; buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
• If your order arrives damaged, please send photos within 48 hours of delivery.
• We’ll arrange a replacement.
